Waking up in the middle of the night by hearing Justin Bieber and Niall Horan singing out loud wouldn't bother us (or any teenage girl for that sake...), but now Niall's neighbors are sick of them singing every night. "They're pissing off Niall's neighbors", says a source. But Justin tried to explain the incident: "We have a great time together. I went over to Niall's house the other day. Think we pissed people off a little bit", he said.

"We were making a little jam session at 3am in the morning and he lives in this apartment.
